Move On!

There was an accident today on the way to work.. the jam stretched for few kilometres.. I initially thought that it was due to road closure because they were having construction near Greenwood, building another flyover.. HOWEVER, the jam was not due to road closure, nor construction, but it was due to an accident, on the opposite side! HELLO! unless you are a mechanic, or tow truck, or paramedics or doctors or nurse or reporter or a person who can help rather than look at the accident, then u stop and look! If not just drive on! MOVE ON! you cant do anything by slowing down your car, other than cause another accident or be late for work and lose your job.. Like wat Priscilla Patrick would say “Onlookers! Dont you have a day time job to keep?”… The Lorry had been moved to the side, but the opposite side was still jammed up.. backed up for more than 5 km.. and then i heard on the radio, another accident had occurred… So ppl, stop being busybodies and drive on to ur destination unless you can help the ppl, then stop and HELP, not look..

As of today, work was as usual.. nothing completed.. meaning more work for tomorrow.. Just don’t know why i am getting lazier.. probably the effects of resigning.. You feel a whole burden of your shoulders.. hope i don’t take this laziness to the new department.. in less than a month i will be joining them.. WOW! Cant wait!

After so bloody long, i chatted with my best fren during secondary school, Karin. She updated me about a lot of stuff that has been happening in her life.. She is studying in Australia now.. Kinda miss her.. but she sort of turned into a snob and she became one of those plastics.. Even when she came down for winter holidays, we did not meet.. she was too busy.. Happens as u age.. You keep less and less in touch but somehow, they are always there in your head as they have left an impact on your life.. Anyway, her luv life sucks.. Just hope this current guy lasts as she is very very happy.. I will pray for you..

Another person i am praying for is my bf.. He is so hoping that his finals do not clash with his trip to Indonesia at the end of next month.. No, he is not going on a holiday, but some IT conference which he will be one of the organisers.. Good for his future and good contacts can be made for future employment as he graduates next year.. Good Luck Honey! (Rather than keep saying my bf, i am gonna give him a nick name,,,, hmmm ONION!)

Then, Sis in law came with bro.. apparently, dad asked them to come over to look at the car seat for the baby (SIL is 7 mths pregnant).. The way dad worded it, they assume it has been bought.. So all four of us headed to Giant Supermarket and dad purchased a Car Seat, Bouncer and a Pram for the little kiddo.. Dads gift to them, their first born, and dads first grandson.. Pricey gifts.. And just now, dad was thinking of buying for them a baby cot too.. hmmm bro is so lucky.. I know when my time comes, i wont get any of these.. Happens.. I am not jealous, Its just my luck is such..  A good thing happened though from all this shopping : ME and Bro are speaking again YiPPeE!!
