Well, I took the train to work.. and it is a good work out.. I did sweat a little but it made me feel good.. cant wait to exercise more! I had to rush for the train, so i brisk walk to the station.. then i stood all the way for the 45mins journey.. and as i reached, i must walk u p a slope to get to my client’s office and i brisk walk again.. Felt my thigh muscles at work.. GREAT! Must repair my bicycle, however i will wait for dad to come back from Bangkok because the shop is really far.. since i need to push it, some protection from dad will help.. i am serious about losing this fat.. if i cant lose it, at least i wanna be fit.. turn it into muscles.. i don’t care about my weight but the flab bugs me.. Flabby thing dangling down,,, its only gonna get worse as i age.. embarrassing.. if i were to ever wear a bikini to the beach, i think ppl will fall sick.. everyone will leave the beach and some will start puking too.. bad shape.. Anyway, its not about wat ppl will feel or think of me, Its wat i feel and think of myself.. I wanna feel great.. Self Esteem issues.. I hope i stick to a healthy diet and some exercise..
While lunch, it rained and i got wet.. Great.. Wind was strong, so the rain wet my back.. So i shivered in the office..
Now as night has fallen, and i have a whole house to myself, well i got things and plans
Ehem, time to execute my plans..
