My weight loss program..

Uncle said I look like a sumo wrestler now..

Aunt said I need to lose few more kilos coz my ass is huge..

When i meet people, “Hey! u gained weight!” *silence* *as they see my face turning purple* “Oh u look better now”

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Rite. I wasn’t born yesterday.


TATS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must lose weight. I have to. No choice. So here’s my plan:

What to eat:

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Non-oily food
  • Almonds
  • Non fat Yogurt

What not to eat:

  • Rice
  • Fried food
  • Meat – Maybe once a week
  • Chocolates :(
  • Anything to do with sugar
  • Chips

What to do:

  • Exercise!!
  • Watch what i eat
  • Have some discipline
  • Eat healthily

Starting date: 16th January, 2008

How much i want to rid off: 2 Kgs

Current weight: 64.5 kgs

Targeted date: 31st January, 2008 (Short term target)

Now we wait and watch if i do succeed :)
