I must lose weight. I have to. No choice. So here’s my plan:
What to eat:
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Non-oily food
- Almonds
- Non fat Yogurt
What not to eat:
- Rice
- Fried food
- Meat – Maybe once a week
- Chocolates
- Anything to do with sugar
- Chips
What to do:
- Exercise!!
- Watch what i eat
- Have some discipline
- Eat healthily
Starting date: 16th January, 2008
How much i want to rid off: 2 Kgs
Current weight: 64.5 kgs
Targeted date: 31st January, 2008 (Short term target)
Now we wait and watch if i do succeed
